Wanda Jean Kresock

Wanda Jean Kresock, 82 of Elba, passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at United Memorial Medical Center, Batavia, NY.

Born on April 18, 1943 in Terre Haute, IN, Wanda was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother.

Wanda was an educator for many years before retiring from Monroe-Orleans BOCES. Wanda greatly enjoyed reading, traveling, needlework, and doting on her grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Bettie (Ferrand) Lee; as well as her brothers James Lee and Garry Lee.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 58 years, John Kresock; sons David (Nicole) Kresock and Timothy Kresock; grandchildren, Maxwell Kresock and Connor Kresock; siblings, Ruthann Lee, Alta Lee, Larry Lee and Carla Thompson; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Bohm-Calarco-Smith Funeral Home, 308 East Main Street, Batavia, NY on Friday, August 29, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 190 Oak Street, Batavia, NY on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at 10:00 am. Burial to follow at Grand View Cemetery, Batavia, NY.
