Stephen Jenney

Stephen J. Jenney 78, of Batavia, New York passed away peacefully on Friday, March 17, 2026 at United Memorial Medical Center.

He was born November 16, 1947, in Middlebury, Vermont to the late Kenneth Sr. and Ethelyn (Lamotte) Jenney.

He found great enjoyment in listening to music and watching sports of all kinds, with a special passion for cheering on the Buffalo Bills. Known for his kind heart, respectful nature, and strong work ethic, he was a man who left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

He is survived by his brother, Ralph (Lorraine) Jenney, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. In death Stephen is reunited with his parents, Kenneth Sr. and Ethelyn Jenney; brothers, Kenneth Jenney Jr., Howard Jenney, Dickey Jenney, and Bucky Lamotte.

Family and friends may call on Thursday, March 26, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, followed by a funeral service at Burdett & Sanford Funeral Home, 11 Maple Ave., Oakfield. Burial will be at St. Cecelia Cemetery, Oakfield.
