Stephanie A Williams

Stephanie A. Williams, 81, of Batavia, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2026, in the comfort of her home, surrounded by the family she loved deeply.

Born on March 29, 1945, in New York City, Stephanie was the daughter of the late Stephanie M. (Saurick) Warhol and the sister of the late Vinnie Costanza.

On June 5, 1965, Stephanie married the love of her life, Kenneth Williams. Their marriage spanned more than 61 years and was filled with love, companionship, family, and countless adventures. The two were rarely seen without one another, building a lifetime of memories side by side.

Stephanie was a proud graduate of the University of Rochester, where she earned her Master's degree as a Registered Nurse. She devoted her professional life to caring for others as a RN - a calling that perfectly reflected the compassion, strength, and kindness she carried throughout her life. Nursing was more than a career to Stephanie; it was part of who she was until her retirement.

Stephanie had a curious spirit and loved getting out and experiencing things. She could happily spend a day wandering through a craft show, exploring a historical site, or taking in the sights and characters at a Renaissance fair. Animals also held a very special place in her heart - she loved them deeply and had a hard time turning away any animal that needed love or a home. These were the things that brought Stephanie happiness and became the source of countless stories and memories for her family.

One of Stephanie's greatest gifts was the way she supported the people around her. Whatever someone she loved decided to do - a hike, a race, a new adventure, or anything in between - Stephanie was there. She was the person cheering at the starting line and waiting proudly at the finish. She was, quite simply, her family's greatest cheerleader.

Above all else, Stephanie loved her family fiercely. The memories she created, the traditions she helped build, the lives she touched, and the love she gave so freely will remain with those who knew her long after her passing. Her absence leaves an immeasurable space in the lives of those who loved her, but so does the extraordinary legacy of love and compassion she leaves behind.

Stephanie is survived by her husband, Kenneth Williams; her children, Michael James (Angela) Williams, Michelle Williams, and Alexis (Brandon) Graham; and her grandchildren, Christofer Williams and Benjamin (Karina) Williams.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of H.E. Turner & Co., Inc. Funeral Home, 403 East Main Street, Batavia, NY. There are no services at this time.
