Obituary of Ruth B. Smith
ROCHESTER - Ruth B. Smith, 97, of Rochester, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2020, at Highland Hospital in Rochester.
Mrs. Smith was born July 24, 1922, in Bethany, a daughter of the late A. Leslie and Helen Corrine (Case) Burt.
She was the wife of the late Daniel C. Smith who passed away on April 5, 2010.
Surviving are her children, Craig Daniel (Judy) Smith of Penfield, and Laurie Ann Smith of North Chili; a granddaughter, Leah Danielle (Casey) Jordan of Brighton; and a great-grandson, Connor Jordan.
Ruth is preceded in death by her sisters, Helen (late Dean) Phillips, Gertrude (late Bill) Hewson, and Mary (late Greg) Martin.
VISITATION WILL BE HELD AT A LATER DATE. PLEASE REFER BACK TO HER NOTICE FOR UPDATED INFORMATION AS IT IS RELEASED. Burial will be in Mt. Rest Cemetery and will be private.
