Batavia, NY - Jeffrey T. Rosse, beloved father, son, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 6, 2025, in his hometown of Batavia, NY.
Born on May 15, 1959, Jeff spent his entire life in the community he cherished, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and an endless array of stories. A proud graduate of Batavia High School, Jeff dedicated 29 years of his professional life as a Machine Operator at Eastman Kodak Co. in Rochester, NY. His work ethic and commitment were admired by colleagues and friends alike.
Jeff was a man of many passions. A devoted fan of horse racing, NASCAR, and the Cleveland Cavaliers. He was an avid Buffalo Bills fan throughout his lifetime; a season ticket holder with his son for 12 years. He especially loved cooking at the Bills' game tailgates and sharing his culinary delights with family and friends.
He is survived by his loving son, Nicholas (Jaide) Rosse, and his adored granddaughter, Avery Rosse. He is also survived by his mother, Sue Brenkus; his brother, Dave (Sherryl) Rosse; his sister, Shelly (Val) Zinni; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley (Nick) Jackson, Tyler Way, Alex (Adam) Walter, Mackenzie Rosse and Tino Zinni. He was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Rosse.
Jeff's life will be celebrated with family and friends at Eli Fish Brewing, located at 109 Main Street, Batavia, NY 14020, on Monday, December 22, 2025, from 5-8pm. Arrangements under the care and direction of H.E. Turner & Co., Inc., located at 403 E. Main Street, Batavia, NY 14020.
