Harvey James Lockhart, affectionately known as "Man," was born on July 31, 1982, in Batavia, New York, and departed this life on October 21, 2026, at the age of 44. A beloved son, father, grandfather, brother, companion, and friend, Man will forever be remembered for his infectious laughter, larger-than-life personality, and unconditional love for family.
To know Man was to love him! He was truly the life of the party, always bringing laughter, joy, and excitement wherever he went. Whether playing a competitive game of Spades, singing karaoke, dancing, or hosting family barbecues, Man knew how to enjoy life and bring people together.
Man loved to cook, especially his famous fried chicken, which was always a family favorite. He enjoyed summertime, relaxing on the porch with his favorite mixed beverage, listening to music, and spending time with loved ones. An avid football fan, he enjoyed the excitement of the game and friendly debates, never limiting himself to just one team!
Above all, Man cherished his children, grandchildren, and family. His greatest joy came from sharing love, laughter, good food, and unforgettable memories with those closest to him.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving mother, Shirley Williams; grandmother, Sarah Baitey; great-aunt, Connie Robinson; son, Jamall Oneil Sr.; grandson, Jamall Oneil Jr.; granddaughter, Aniyah Oneil; daughter, Kamela Lockhart; loving partner, Amanda Andes-Lopez; sisters, Laquanna Richardson and Destiny Freeman; and brother, Jahiem Williams.
He also leaves a host of loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends who will forever treasure his memory.
