Frances Ernest

Frances Ernest, 92, of Wyoming, passed away on January 5, 2024 at the LeRoy Village Green Nursing Home.

Frances was born February 13, 1931 in Wyoming, a daughter of the late William and Helen May (Nolan) Tiede.

Frances enjoyed knitting, a cup of coffee, Christmas decorations, crocheting, square dancing and trips to Nashville.

Surviving are her son, Billy Ernest; her sister, Mary Jane (Edward) Ferris; nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Ernest; daughter, Diane Ernest and her brothers and sisters.

There are no prior calling hours. Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 9 at 9:30 a.m. at the H.E. Turner & Co. Funeral Home, 403 East Main Street in Batavia. She will be laid to rest in Grandview Cemetery, Batavia.
