Emily N. Perez

Emily N. Perez, age 85, passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at LeRoy Village Green Nursing Facility.

She was born on April 30, 1941 in Utica, a daughter of the late Harry and Loretta Rehm Northrop.

In her free time, she enjoyed crocheting, knitting, working on jigsaw puzzles, and reading.

Her husband, Digno C. Perez, passed away on December 9, 2021.

She is survived by her sons, Joe (Sherry) Perez of Batavia and Lou Perez of Albion; her granddaughter, Kayleigh Perez of Buffalo; great-granddaughter, Zoey Keith of Buffalo and several nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her siblings, Harry, Lyle and William Northrop, Barbara Barnes and Jane Keller.

There are no prior calling hours. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. She will be laid to rest in St. Cecilia's Cemetery, Oakfield. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association , Western New York Chapter,6400 Sheridan Dr #320, Buffalo, NY 14221.
