Diane Perkins

Diane Perkins, 66, formerly of Pulaski and Oswego, passed away on August 20, 2026, at Premier Genesee Nursing Home.

She was born on February 6, 1960, in Herkimer, a daughter of the late Herbert Perkins and Betsy (Ross) Voorhees. She is survived by the love of her life, Mike Patchen, and her son, Duane Briggs, and siblings, Debra Brunner and Mark Perkins.

There are no services. Diane will be laid to rest at the Middleville Cemetery, Middleville, New York, next to her mother, at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the care and direction of H.E. Turner & Co. Inc., 403 E. Main Street, Batavia, New York 14011, 585-343-8868.
