Batavia - David Duane McLennan, born March 15, 1951 in Rogers City, Michigan, died after a long illness at United Memorial Medical Center on Saturday, August 24, 2013.
Survived by his longtime companion, June Ellis; his children, David, Katie and Kristin McLennan; grandchildren, Justin, Drew and Morgan McLennan; step-children, Tammy Nanni, Terry Penders, Kathy Park, Lynn Sanders and Wayne Ellis; 9 step-grandchildren and one step great-granddaughter; sisters, Nadine Ciarkowski and Karen Vance and last but not least his four legged companion, Precious.
David had a lifelong passion for baking, photography and music. He graduated from Youngstown University in Ohio.
His memorial service will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. at the H.E. Turner & Co. Funeral Home, 403 East Main Street, Batavia. Memorials may be made to the family.
