Carole J. Allen, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 30th, 2025, at the age of 81. She was born on November 6th, 1944, in Buffalo.
A long-time resident of Batavia, Carole had a passion for swimming and was a regular at the local YMCA.
She was a devoted wife to her husband of 63 years, John W. Allen II of Batavia; mother of Bonnie Allen of Las Vegas, Nevada; Laurie (Thomas) Quinn of Boston, New York; and John W. Allen, III of Seattle, Washington. She was a proud grandmother to six grandchildren: Kelsey (Matthew) Smith, John Bezon, Kayla and Karlee Durrett, and Megan and Hailey Allen. Her legacy continues on through her five great-grandchildren.
Carole was preceded in death by her parents, Frederick Heukrath and Elsie Heisler Heukrath, and her sister, Jean A. Meli.
There will be no prior visiting hours. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
