Mrs. Pauline Needham, 81, of Corfu, died Monday (November 11, 2013) at the Genesee County Nursing Home in Batavia.
Mrs. Needham was born November 7, 1932 in Rodman, a daughter of the late George and Eleanor (Hill) Tyo.
A very active member of the Indian Falls United Methodist Church, she also volunteered at the Salvation Army. Mrs. Needham was an office worker at Bausch & Lomb.
Survivors include three brothers, Allan (Audrey) Tyo of Bloomfield, Walter (Thelma) Tyo of Rodman and Donald (Beth) Tyo of Manchester, MO; a sister, Doris Hasseler of Pasadena, TX; a sister-in-law, Jean Tyo of De Kalb Junction; her cousins, including Doris Needham, Kathy (Robert) Smart and Barbara Talley, all of the Oakfield area also survive, along with several nieces and nephews.
Her husband, Norman Needham, died in 2000. She is also predeceased by a brother, Bernard Tyo.
There are no prior calling hours. Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Indian Falls United Methodist Church, 7908 Allegany Road, Corfu. Burial will be in Reed Cemetery, Oakfield.
