Oakfield - Joyce P. Hinshaw, 86 of Oakfield passed away on Tuesday, (January 12, 2021) at LeRoy Village Green in LeRoy.
Ms. Hinshaw was born July 12, 1934 in Suffield, Connecticut a daughter of the late Leroy Parks, Sr. and Isabel (Bawn) Parks.
She retired from the YWCA in Batavia as its Executive Director.
There will be no visitation. Services will be help privately. She will be buried in Woodlawn Cemetery in Suffield. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Joyce's name to the YWCA of Genesee County, 301 North Street, Batavia, New York 14020.
