    James A. Daggar

    March 6, 1954 - September 17, 2021

    Elba - James A. Daggar, 67 of Elba passed away on Friday, (September 17, 2021) at United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia. Mr. Daggar was born March 6, 1954 in Rochester, a son of the late Robert and Ruth (Ackerman) Daggar. James was an Army Veteran and was a member of the American Legion. He enjoyed cooking, fixing things, riding his bike, and his dog. Family was important to him and he loved spending time with his grandchildren. Surviving is his son, Brian Daggar of Elba; grandchildren, Sophia and Tristen Daggar; sister, Marilyn (Steven) Wisden of Tennessee; his best friend, Tyler Bedard; and Brian's mother, Michelle (fiance John Bedard) Daggar of Elba. A private celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Lung Association, 2564 Walden Ave #101, Buffalo, NY 14225.
