Helmut Rueling

Greece / Bergen - Helmut Max Rueling, 93, of Greece, formerly of Bergen, manager at Mixco in Rochester prior to his retirement, died Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at The Cottages at the Living Center of Unity, Park Ridge in Rochester.



Mr. Rueling was born August 2, 1919 in Dresden, Germany, the son of the late Max and Elisabeth (Rieger) Rueling.



He was a member of the Journey Christian Church.



He is survived by his wife, Hanni B. (Wunderli) Rueling; a daughter, Heidi L. (Jay) Hopwood of Alabama; a son, Peter M. Rueling and his fiancé Susan of Florida; 2 grandchildren, Kristina Rueling of Arizona and Matt Rueling of Nevada.



Friends may attend services at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 16, 2013 at Journey Christian Church. In lieu of flowers memorials to Journey Christian Church, 3955 Mt. Reed Blvd., Rochester, NY 14616 or to The Cottages at the Living Center of Park Ridge Unity, 1555 Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY 14626.
