Ms. Deborah D. Dutton

November 23, 1955 — October 20, 2020

Batavia - Deborah D. Dutton, age 64, of Batavia, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, following a brief illness.

She was born November 23, 1955 in Batavia, a daughter of the late Laverne and Olive Boyce Dutton.

She was currently employed at GCASA's Recovery Station in Batavia and attended Batavia City Church. An avid sports fan, she rooted for the Cleveland Browns, New York Yankees and Syracuse Orangemen and would often remark that if sports weren't on television, there was nothing to watch. She enjoyed gardening and during spring and summer would be found outdoors tending to her flower gardens. Deb enjoyed crafts, especially crocheting and could often be found at the local yard sales.

Surviving are her sister, Christine (David) Rich of Batavia; her brother, Benjamin (Sharon) Dutton of Batavia; her nieces, Amanda (Dan) Cragg of Batavia and Colleen (Jeremy) Riter of LeRoy; and her great-nephew, Matthew Cragg of Batavia. She will also be sadly missed by Lilly, her cat.

Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, October 24th, 2020 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Bohm-Calarco-Smith Funeral Home, 308 East Main Street, Batavia.
