    October 11, 1959 - December 15, 2021

Batavia - Amy A. Davis, 62 of Batavia, passed away on Wednesday, (December 15, 2021) at her home. Amy was born October 11, 1959 in Batavia, a daughter of the late Harold and Marjory (Kibler) Davis. She is predeceased by her fiance, Ron Cecere; and her Aunt and Uncles, Bob & Rita Newton, Ed & Arlene Leaton and Nancy Lomazzo, with whom she was very close. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Batavia. Amy was a creative person who enjoyed drawing, painting, woodworking, jewelry making, and decorating - especially for Christmas. She was a lover of nature and animals. She liked music, going to concerts, and watching Hallmark movies. Amy will be remembered as a fun loving, witty person with a wild spirit who loved to make people laugh. She was kind hearted, and genuinely enjoyed doing for others whenever she was able. Surviving is her daughter, Stephenie Davis-Reiss of Corfu; brothers, Ron (Lyn) Davis of Loxley, Alabama, Steven (Julie) Davis of Batavia, and Jeff (Sherry) Davis of Florida. She is also survived by Jessica, Danielle and Ryan along with many cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends that she dearly loved. Family and friends may call on Saturday (January 29, 2022) from 10 to 11 a.m. at the H.E. Turner & Co. Funeral Home, 403 East Main Street in Batavia, where Amy's memorial service will immediately follow visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Volunteers for Animals, PO Box 1621, Batavia, New York 14021. Please leave a condolence, share a story, or light a candle at www.bataviafuneralhomes.com.
