Batavia - Mr. Raymond S. Zigrossi, 69, former owner and manager of  Santy's Tire Sales in Batavia for nearly 50 years, died Tuesday, July 13, 2010  in Batavia.

Mr. Zigrossi was born August 9, 1940 in Oakfield, a son of the late Santo and Rose Cusmano Zigrossi of Batavia.

Surviving along with his mother are his fiancée, Sheila Mitchell of Batavia; a son, Raymond “Chip” (Therese) Zigrossi, Jr. of East Pembroke; two daughters, Taryn (Brad Hilleges) Zigrossi and Daryl (Jim) Rubino both of Syracuse; one brother, Harry Zigrossi  and a sister, Diane (Robert) Fraser, both  of Batavia. 

He was the grandfather of Andrew Zigrossi, Sophia and Christian Rubino.

There will be no prior calling hours.  The funeral mass will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Saint Padre Pio Parish, St. Cecilia's Church, 56 Maple Avenue, Oakfield.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made Homecare & Hospice, 550 E.
